   PRODUCT OVERVIEW

The DMS RESERVIT (Resort Hotel Room Reservation System) is a comprehensive and high quality Room Reservation Solution that offers a wide range of functionality that addresses client’s Resort Hotel Room Reservation needs for today and tomorrow. DMS RESRVIT can handle any type of activities within the business process associated with Resort Hotel Room Reservations and can be integrated with any other tour operating system.

DMS RESERVIT is a real-time Room Reservation Solution which offers a reservation chart with up to date information on room utilization and availability of rooms and is capable of handling new room reservations, cancellation of reservations, upgrade/downgrade of reservations, forwarding of reservations etc. by capturing discounts, additional charges, penalty etc. There is an in-built payment module which can handle the payment process and capable of generating the reservation advice and receipt.

The solution provides the required functionality to maintain room tariffs according to the current market practices. There is an in-built search engine to facilitate the capture of reservation specifications and capable of checking for room availability and produce a report with the required information.

DMS RESERVIT solution generates many MIS reports such as summary of reservations over a period, room availability for a desired period, daily payment details, tariffs etc.

Reservations for Different Seasons
The new reservation module facilitates to make reservations for different seasons with the relevant tariffs. Customer details are captured in order to avoid re-entering, if future reservations will be made by the same customer.
Seasons are automatically generated for the reservation period and copy facility is provided.
Number of adults and children per room type is validated against the maximum number. Discounts and additional charges can be captured. 

Payment Handler
This provides the facility to confirm the reservation with capturing of settled amount by the customer. Different modes of payments and part payment can be handled in this module.
The reservation advice and the payment receipt are issued through the confirmation process of the payment.

Cancellation and Rebooking
The facility of cancellation, upgrade or downgrade, forwarding of the reservation can be handled by this module. Relevant penalty, additional charges are captured and refund or amount to be settled is generated and shown.

Holiday Master
Holidays are maintained for the current year and for years ahead, if desired. The automatic cancellation process of tentative reservations and reallocation process of utilized rooms of past reservations refer the holiday master to identify working days.  

Enquiries for new reservations
Comprehensive search engine facilitates to enquire the availability of desired rooms for new reservations. The reservation chart shows the summary of utilization and availability of rooms.
