DATA & IMAGE CAPTURE SERVICES
|
We adopt statistically proven data editing and validation
methods to achieve the high degree levels of accuracy. We rely
on double entry mechanism where one person enters and another
person verifies. During verification if mismatch is found, the
verifying person will have to compare the source document and
the previous entry. Thus 100% accuracy is maintained. In
addition, we are supported by Software development staff for
the preparation of the data format and related functions. The
transfer of data with conversions from one media type to
another. E.g. ASCII to EBCDIC, ACCESS, XML or any data format.
We ensure that all the data supplied to us is kept strictly
confidential and not accessible to even the staff of this
operation unless and otherwise, they are entering the data.
