Container Freight Station Management System (CFS)
 

Sri Lanka Ports Authority (SLPA) outsourced the development to DMS to develop an advanced CFS Management System for the new warehouse facility situated at Peliyagoda, Sri Lanka.
The solution has an inbuilt EDI gateway module built by DMS Software Technologies. The EDI gateway is based on the UN/EDIFACT standards. The gateway facilitates the download of Manifest information direct from shipping lines to SLPA. The manifest information pertaining to the LCL containers that are consigned to Sri Lanka and are to be de-stuffed at the Peliyagoda CFS will be automatically transferred. To support those shipping lines that have solutions that are non-compliant with the UN/EDIFACT standards, the module supports information download via email and also manual entry by SLPA personnel in the traditional manner.

Central Bank of Sri Lanka
 

The Central Bank of Sri Lanka project included the supply, delivery and Implementation of Oracle Financials version 11i and the development & Implementation of a Treasury Dealing Room Management System.
Oracle Financials was implemented in 25 Departments such as, Finance, Government Accounts, Public Debt, Currency in Circulation, Domestic Operations, International Operations etc., with over 100 concurrent users from across the bank.
The system is interfaced on a Real Time basis to systems such as Real Time Gross Settlement (RTGS), Script-less Securities Settlement System (SSSS), TDRMS, Reuters, Bloomberg, SWIFT Alliance, Lanka Clear (Automated Clearing House), Payroll etc.
The project also included the implementation of a Remote Standby Database Environment to facilitate the requirement of a 24x7 fallback in case of a disaster.
